From Hemmingford, peacefully at the Barrie Memorial Hospital, Ormstown, Qc. Loving husband of Christina (Tennie) Wallace, née Hawkins. Wonderful father of Brian, Dennis (Kathy) and Kevin (Heather), grandfather to Brittany, Adrianna, Caitlin, Dustin, Jessie, Riley, Kelly and Shannon, great-grandfather of Emma, Livia, and Juliette, brother to Norma (Leif Jacobsen), brother in law to Viola (late Ross Hawkins)
A proud Canadian, Bruce served in the RCAF during WW2 and followed with 35 years at Canada Customs. He spent a full and happy retirement working with his sons on the family farm, while caring devotedly for Tennie throughout her battle with Alzheimer's.

Visitation Saturday October 31 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. services immediately following at funeral parlour.

De Hemmingford, paisiblement à l'hôpital Barrie Memorial de Ormstown. Époux bien-aimé de Madame Christina «Tennie» Wallace née Hawkins. Père formidable de Brian, Dennis (Kathy) et Kevin (Heather), grand-père de Brittany, Adrianna, Caitlin, Dustin, Jessie, Riley, Kelly et Shannon, arrière-grand-père de Emma, Livia et Juliette. Il laisse également dans le deuil sa soeur Norma (Leif Jacobson) et sa belle-soeur Viola (feu Ross Hawkins).
Fier Canadien, Bruce à servi dans l'Aviation royale canadienne durant la 2e guerre mondiale, ainsi que 35 années à l'Agence des services frontaliers du Canada. Il a profité pleinement de sa retraite en travaillant avec ses fils sur la ferme familiale. En époux dévoué, il a pris soin de son épouse Tennie atteinte de la maladie d’Alzheimer.
