Mes sincères sympathies à toutes la famille. Et maintenant je vais laisser un message en anglais, car je n'ai pas parlé français depuis plusieurs années. Sometimes in a well-established community, there are some families that are like "institutions" of that town. In Lacolle, the Racine family was one of those families. There was no one who did not know either Conrad or Rhéjean, or their father before them. For me, the name Racine is synonymous with the bus rides from Lacolle to either Saint Jean or to Greenfield Park. I have fond memories of those drivers, the father, Rhéjean and occasionally Conrad, and Jeannine. This family has long been associated with my fond memories of Lacolle. You have my deepest sympathies for such a great loss, not just to the family, but to the entire community.
