Most heartfelt condolences to loving family and friends, especially his wife Ruth and his children. May the memory of Billy be a blessing for all. Billy and I were friends. We played chess together. We were waiters together during summers in Ste Agathe. My wife has reminded me that she and I met for the first time while on a double date with Billy and his date, and subsequently he was an usher at our wedding. Many people are feeling the loss of Billy , a truly genuine individual.
