Oscar was a very hard working person, and a family man, his family came first. He was also a helpful person, if you needed help he was there to help his friends, family and relatives. He has helped me many times with different things, and I appreciated everything he has done for me. He was my step-dad and I loved him very much, and I will miss him deeply. My condolences go out to his family and my deepest sympathy goes to my Mom, my heart goes out to you.
