Our condolences
We were sad to hear the passing of Oscar, but our lives were made richer because we had him as a neighbour & friend for many years!! He always had time for a 4-wheeler ride with us & our kids when they were growing up or an afternoon of playing cards with them! His stories of him growing up as a young boy & living on the hill always intrigued them & myself. Oscar, will be greatly missed by many friends, neighbours & family.
