Thank you for the gift of love,
now you’re sharing it up above.
You had many things to say.
All in a caring way.
You always saw good in everyone,
No matter what they’ve done.
You were always the one we could all lean on.
Even though it must have felt like a ton.
You were always the strength of the family.
Now we must let you rest calmly.
As we say goodbye,
as tears roll down our eyes.
I know your place in heaven has a good view.
Because you’re telling God,
I need to keep an eye on a few.
I know you will always be in our hearts and mind.
So Grandma,
I’ll never forget you’re one of a kind.

Ps: im going to really miss gram making her special soup for us all,no one can make soup like gram did.

Thinking of you is easy I do it every day. Missing you is the heartache, that never goes away. I loved sitting with you everyday and hearing the memories you had to share. You showed us that life cant be all that bad there is always a light at the end of a tunnel, You were so strong, You had faith in us all, You had a great personality even if the day was dull. you weren’t just my Nana you were a great friend. I know you had to go but I wish were here..
I miss your smile and how you use to call me a fool when I would act funny 🙂 oh gram if
I could hug you one last time I swear I would…
Losing you broke my heart and everyday without a doubt I think of you and shed a few tears..

Nanny, how to describe how a special person you were to all of us !!!

My Darling Grandma

A woman of extreme strength, courage and love,
Who was beautiful, soft and now peaceful and free as a dove.
Someone on who our admiration was built around,
For her womanhood, wife, friend and grandmother since she was brought into this ground.

We will forever hold in our hearts in which we have truly learned the most from,
Your strength as a wonderful mother to our mothers and fathers,
And which we hope to gain in raising your great grandsons and great granddaughters.

My darling grandma, we will always respect all you went through in your hardships and distinguished ways,
Your ability to hold yourself with such dignity and pride in all your days,
Your beauty shines in us all who were lucky to be part of your devoted family,
We will carry you in our eyes, minds, and hearts in which we have a remedy,

My Darling Grandma, that is to hold you close by all you have taught us to do,
And to remember the beautiful women we owe our lives to,
For giving us life to blessing us with her strong inner spirit of courage,
Her unconditional love and her sensual laughter,
For being such a person in who will always and have always
held deep in our hearts now and here after.

You are taking a little part of us with you as you follow your angels who will guide you to your
precious place,
May you look down on us with pride on what you brought
into this world with your guidance in which you are now
truly our angel of grace.

Nanny…. As you enter your new heavenly home,
may you rest in peace for which you truly deserve,
For you will be truly missed and remembered for your love and honor in which we will preserve.
We love you always and forever and may God be with you. xoxox
