With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Graham Grafton at the age of 83.
Predeceased by his loving wife of 47 years, Patricia (nee McPolland).  Left to cherish his memory are his son Earl (Denise Hebert), his grandson Scott, his step granddaughter Amber Harkonen as well as extended family and friends.
13 years ago, the passing of his «sweetie» and the love of his life caused Graham to be physically separated from Patricia.  Though he went on and had a good life without her, she was always in his heart.  Now they are reunited in heaven.  Rest in peace Mom and Dad.

A celebration of their life will be held in the spring.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Lakeshore General Hospital are appreciated.
