Margaret “Mar” (Greer) Kyle 1930-2023

Margaret “Mar” (Greer) Kyle of Hemmingford, passed away peacefully on January
14, 2023 at the age of 92. She was predeceased by her husband Kenneth Kyle and
her daughter Kendra. She is survived by her two sons Peter (Karen), Randy
(Loretta), her grandchildren Colin (Nikkie), Pierce (Joanne), Euen (Hailey), Mariah;

She will always be remembered for her great sense of humor. She could always
make us laugh with her quick comebacks. She loved to visit and was always happy
to serve you a cup of tea and her delicious homemade cookies and doughnuts.
She was a lifetime member of the St. Andrews U.C.W where she served on the
Social Committee. She was also in charge of sending well wishes to all who
needed it. She will be fondly remembered by all who knew her.
The family would like to thank the staff of The Residence Ormstown and The Belle
Elena for their loving care and support over the past years. As well as the medical
staff of the Barrie Memorial Hospital and The Valleyfield Hospital for their
compassionate care in her final days.
As per her wishes there will be no funeral service. If anyone would like to make a
donation in Margaret’s memory, it can be made to the Ladies’ Auxiliary of the
Barrie Memorial Hospital.

When I come to the end of the road And the sun has set for me.
I want no rites and a gloom filled room
Why cry for a soul set free.
Miss me a little – but not too long, And not with your head bowed low.
Remember the love we once shared,
Miss me – but let me go.
